About Us
Mission
As a Christ-centered ministry, we uphold the sacred value of life by reaching out to those in unplanned pregnancies, teaching abstinence, and offering spiritual healing from the effects of abortion.
With locations in Manassas, Warrenton and Woodbridge, our service area includes Prince William and Fauquier Counties, Manassas, Manassas Park and parts of Stafford County. We see clients from as far away as Summerduck and Opal, Quantico and Catlett, Stafford, Springfield and Lorton. We see people from all walks of life, nationalities and religious backgrounds.
Mostly, we see men and women in unplanned pregnancies who are confused and in need of the truth. In each of our Centers, we strive to be a light unto the path of all who walk through our doors.
“Again therefore Jesus spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.’” John 8:12

History
When the first abortion clinic opened in Manassas over 20 years ago, concerned Christians began to meet together to picket and to pray. Out of this group, a committee was formed which ultimately led to the opening, in 1990, of the first Crisis Pregnancy Center of Prince William County.
Four years later, a second center was opened in Warrenton, and the Centers became known as the Crisis Pregnancy Centers of Prince William and Fauquier Counties.
In 2001, the first ultrasound program was launched in the Warrenton Center. A new ultrasound machine was purchased in 2008. We now offer limited ultrasound services every other Thursday evening in the Manassas Center.
In September of 2002, Care Net Pregnancy Resource Centers expanded to the eastern corridor of Prince William County establishing our third center in Woodbridge. This enabled the ministry to serve the needs of clients and their families in this area and increased our ability to spread the Gospel throughout the entire county.
Care Net Pregnancy Resource Centers is part of a network of more than 1,000 pregnancy resource centers throughout the United States and Canada under the advisory/umbrella organization, Care Net. Care Net was founded as the Christian Action Council by Dr. and Mrs. Billy Graham, Dr. and Mrs. Francis Schaeffer, Dr. and Mrs. C. Everett Koop, and Dr. and Mrs. Harold O. J. Brown. The first center, Greater Baltimore Crisis Pregnancy Center, opened in 1980.
